Double room wanted E12

Hi all, i am a friendly, peaceful, clean, quiet, considerate and a easy going person in my early 50s looking for a decent size and affordable room in a quiet and friendly house or flat in the manor park area, i am retraining online, so need access to the internet, i am also currently injured and use crutches to get about(due to injury from work) i am available to move in from 1st of april, please get in touch if you have a room available for me and if you are kind enough to offer me a room. thanks for reading my advert.
