Tidy, respectful and interesting 50+ year old male looking for a room in and around Manor Park area. i am currently injured and doing an electrician's course and, so the ideal place would be in a clean, tidy, friendly and considerate house/flat so i can do my studies, currently my budget for rent up to £500 max pcm including bills, will be able to pay more when the first part of the course is completed, i really do need to place to help me do my studies in peace, as i have a lot of studying to do in a very short time.Thanks for reading this far. you may be wondering how would i benefit you, i will say, a seed is more than you see when you look at it.
